2025 VINTAGE FEATURES

We are very proud of this wine, which is the result of a project that dates back to 2017. At that time, we decided to plant an Albana vineyard with the GENTILE DI BERTINORO clone, a clone that has been rarely used in the Bertinoro area since the 1970s
Compact bunches, persistent acidity, and light tannins Our aim was to highlight the grape variety and terroir and to avoid any winemaking methods that
could alter their characteristics.

In 2025 we had an unusual season, featuring an extremely rainy July (100 mm in just a few days).
Early ripening and mid-August rainfalls…but we are used to the vagaries of the weather by now and nothing fazes us! We tamed this vintage through extensive vineyard work—specifically leaf removal and aeration—ultimately obtaining grapes that were, as always, crisp and with excellent acidity.

Citrusy and mineral nose; long and savory on the palate, yet at the same time, it is an incredibly balanced wine—a white wine built for aging!
