2019 VINTAGE FEATURES
Vintage 2019 was balanced, Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes were very fresh.
Trebbiano grapes were harvested the third week of September, while Chardonnay during the second week of August.
This new version of this wine, Brut Nature, has residual sugars below 3 g/l and is particularly intriguing paired with food.
The sparkling wine production is just a part of our whole production, that is why we decided to produce a sparkling wine with the Charmat method with its own personality. After soft pressing of grape bunches, we obtained top quality free run must and fermentation started with the addition of selected yeasts.
The contact with the fine lees lasted 8 months, ending up in a really high quality Brut Nature sparkling wine.
