2025 VINTAGE FEATURES
Pagadebit (“debts payer” in the local dialect) is named after its grape firmness against bad weather, in fact we had a good yield!
Spring was in line with seasonal expectations, while May, June, July, and even August were characterized by heavy rainfall. July in particular brought us 100 ml of rain, resulting in continuous leaf growth. To limit its growth, we had to perform extensive leaf removal to keep the bunches well exposed and prevent disease attack. Finally, in the third week of September, we harvested. We obtained a wine with a low alcohol content but plenty of flavor.
BERTINORO & PAGADEBIT IS AN UNBEATABLE COMBINATION!
